Who I am

I’m a leadership and learning specialist with more than 30 years’ experience in classrooms, schools, training rooms and global organisations. I grew up in New Zealand, worked in Australia and Czechia and now call England home and I’ve spent my career working with people from every corner of the world. Those experiences underpin my belief in human, practical leadership that helps people feel connected, able to ask questions, share what they think and put ideas on the table.Â
I’m known for building trust, bringing people together and creating environments where people feel energised, encouraged and able to get stuff done.
How I workÂ
I value curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning, and I believe we should be willing to reflect, adapt and ask for help when we need it. I’m collaborative, calm under pressure and focused on making meaningful progress that actually sticks. I often connect people, ideas and opportunities that help work move forward and I always keep people at the centre of what I do, focusing on practical solutions that make work both more effective and more enjoyable.

"Working with Naomi has been one of the most inspiring parts of my career. She has a rare ability to build high performing, genuinely connected teams and she makes the work fun along the way.
What I admire most is how she mixes commercial focus with real, human leadership. She creates a space where people feel supported, trusted, and empowered to grow. Naomi brings out the best in everyone around her. Anyone who gets to work with her is incredibly lucky."
